Safety First!

 It is your responsibility to…

• Know where you are going and be sure you get off the vehicle at the proper destination. Have directions if necessary.

• Drivers can assist you from your door to the vehicle and from the vehicle to the door of your destination.  Drivers are not permitted in homes or buildings. If you need further assistance have an attendant accompany you.

• Provide any child safety seats as needed. The seat must be proper for the age and weight of any children. Any children who do not have proper child safety seats will have services denied.

• Be ready and waiting for the vehicle. Drivers will only wait 2 minutes. You will receive an automated courtesy call when the vehicle is in route to your residence.

• No personal checks, debit/credit cards are accepted.

• Verify any authorizations from human service agencies we received.
